Dr. Thomas M. Waits |
Dr. Waits has obtained his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, and then continued at the University of Louisville’s School of Medicine, in Louisville, KY, where he obtained his Doctorate of Medical Science. Dr. Waits served his Residency at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC, where he also served as the Assistant Chief of Medicine. Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, was the site of his Medical Oncology Fellowship.

Away from the office, Dr. Waits and his wife Barbara spend time with their two sons and are very involved with their church. Dr. Waits has an interest in a wide variety of sports.
